Today i go to court and shane and i make the divorce final.

Now to clarify why im getting a divorce.
I am getting divorced against my own will.
Back in early april shane met michelle at a poker party.
Dated her behind my back
Telling me he is going to a trivia game with freinds downtown.
While the truth was he was going to see " her."

That is the REASON why he got the nerve to call for the divorce.

The funny thing is he lied to EVERYONE about it.
ME, his freinds and his family who were working to help patch things up.
They wanted us to get back together.
He built a wall and fed them lies.
He already made up his mind.
He even fed michelle lies.
told her he had been separated for 6 months from me when they first started.

Yesterday shane started to tell me what i will have to say to the judge when i talk to him.
And i felt like i was a monkey doing tricks if i did agree to do that.
i was fumed, red faced and angery.
I left al in charge and bolted out the door.
Shane followed.
He wanted me to lie to the judge of why we are getting divorced.
yes i was the divorce over.
I dont want child support.
I dont want trouble.
I just want the truth to be known to everyone why we are divorcing.
We did not fall apart and grown apart.
I still loved shane when it happened.
HE may have had issues.
He never communicated them.
I even asked we see a councilor and he said no when it all started.
if it was us falling apart a councilor would of helped.
But he had another reason for the divorce and that was Michelle.

The last thing i ever thought shanw would do to me is cheat on me.
My mother even said yea there is another women when it first started.
Cuz it was a all of the sudden situation.
I defended him.
Even now i still feel idiotic for defending him.

I feel horrible for eva.
Poor girl is gonna live in two homes starting august.
I know what is like.
I been there
yanked back and forth.
its a very unstable life.

Kinda in a nightmare for me.
if it were not for al i would prolly have killed myself last night.

Shane wants me to tell the judge that we fell apart that the only reason is it just was not working anymore.
I guess shane cheating during our marriage is an important issue shane rather not have the judge hear.
Is that not a part of the truth???

Shane fears the judge will slam the book at him if i were to tell the truth.
I cant lie to the judge.
That is a major no no.
I hate drama.
I rather not be going through this.
I never been to court before.
Well i was at one for my parents divorce.
but i never went in court room.
Hopefully the judge wont go nuts on shane.
Cuz shane already said.
He will not pay off the debt he created if he has to pay child support.
And i rather not collect child support as long as he pays off the credit card dept he created under my name and his own.

Anyways today could go ok.
Or life could turn into a shit hole.
I may get stranded at grand haven.
I guess we wait and see what happens.
